The Interreg III B project "Sea Level Change Affecting The Spatial Development In The Baltic Sea Region(SEAREG)" was the predecessor of the ASTRA project and had its main focus on impacts of sea level rise in the Baltic Sea Region.

The European Spatial Planning Adapting to Climate Events (ESPACE) project is a major four year Interreg IIIB North West Europe project that aims to ensure that adaptation is recognised and incorporated into spatial planning systems at all levels and to develop adaptation strategies and policy guidance to deal with the long-term impacts of climate change.

Dansih Board of Technology
Before the ocean rises - A project of the Danish Board of Technology dealing with adaptation to sea level rise. As a part of the project the Danish Board of Technology arranged two scenario workshops in Næstved and Ho Bugt, where local actors gathered to discuss the future planning in the two local areas considering the water rising half a meter.
